Author Bio – Wallace Delois Wattles (1860–1911) was an American author and one of the most famous New Thought writers. His writings have been widely quoted and remain in print in the New Thought and self-help movements. Rhonda Byrne has stated that her inspiration for creating the 2006 hit film The Secret and the subsequent book by the same name was her exposure to Wattles’s The Science of Getting Rich.

Summary – The book is based on what Wallace Wattles terms “Thinking in a Certain Way”. In his original and most famous work, The Science of Getting Rich, he presents a “science” to achieve riches that has been proven and cannot fail if followed. This book is the second of a trilogy that focuses on helping those people who want a practical guide to gaining health, vitality, and long life.
